Maintenance Steps for High Speed Handpieces

• 1. Prior to removing from hose, run handpiece for 10 seconds.
• 2. Clean externally with a degreaser/cleaner. NEVER USE SOAP OR WATER!
• 3. Apply 3-5 drops of lubricant to intake side.

IF LUBE DOES NOT EXPEL FROM HEAD CLEAR AND CLEAN REPEAT THE PROCEDURE

• 4. Remove bur, bag handpiece. Elevate the head to avoid rust deposits.

Do Not Use Dry Heat, Which May Damage Internal Parts.

• 5. After sterilization cycle, open bag to air dry.

Never Leave Handpieces In Sterilizer Overnight.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

1. Flush handpiece with degreaser until clear.
2. Spray lube directly into chuck.
3. Repeat steps 1–5.

LIFE-TIME LUBE BEARINGS

1. Clean externally with degreaser/cleaner.
2. DO NOT USE LUBE INTERNALLY OR FLUSH SYSTEM!
